personally, I didn't see anything wrong with the video. The knife may have been dull, but that is no reason to give the video a bad score. For me it was informative, because I did not know how to cut a turkey and it was helpful. Thank you taste of home.

Looked like she was using a big butter knife instead of a sharp butcher knife. I always use an electric knife to slice the breast meat. Maybe you should go back and redo your video using someone more competent. It may help your rating scores.

she looks like she's butchering not carving!

I learned how to carve a turkey this way a number of years ago and it is so much easier than it may look here. Unfortnately, I seem to be the one who is elected to carve the turkey no matter who has our family Thanksgiving! :D

I love preparing and cooking the turkey. I don't care for cutting it up and absolutely hate the cleanup. Hopefully this year I will have my brother-in-law who is a butcher cut and clean. This video may work but it looked like it still is a chore to cut the bone.

Poor example of cutting a turkey. The video made it look really tough and messy. Maybe a sharper knife will help alleviate the 'sawing'; of the meat.
