Man cannot live by chocolate alone-believe us, we've tried. So when we want a yummy treat that's a little different, we go for these lemon bars. They're beautiful on a platter, they taste great, and you can make them in no time.

Just for everybody! I understand your want for printed instructions so I wrote one out!
-one can refrigerated sugar cookie dough (crumbled)
-powdered sugar (optional)
For the Filling
-1 and 1/2 cup sugar
-2 tbsp. flour
-2 tbsp. softened butter
-2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
-1/3 cup lemon juice
Take cookie dough and crumble into a baking dish. Making sure to dust your fingers with flour, lightly press the crumbled cookie dough into the bottom of the baking dish, completely covering the bottom. Bake the dough by itself at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. While the dough is being partially cooked prepare the filling. Whisk the eggs, flour, softened butter, lemon peel and juice together. Now take the dough out and pour in the lemon filling. I usually pour in the center to let it spread evenly around the pan. Return the baking dish to the oven for about 20-30 minutes or until the filling sets. If you would like you can dust the lemon bars with the powdered sugar.
I hope I made things easier for those of you who needed a print recipe!

Sounds very good. I too wish there were printed instructions to complete the process. Re-watching with frequent pauses to write the recipe is a real hassle. Very well done video.

Very difficult to follow the recipe - spoken way too quickly. As others have said, it would be great if this could be added to the web site in print form.

like watching video but need print instructions also.

Really needs a printed version. Reading is often more useful than trying to listen while real life is going on.
