They have flat top stoves that are specifically made for canning. They have an extra large burner for your water bath. My husband specifically checked on this when he got ours. Works great

Wal-Mart has canning supplies available year round. Canner, racks, jars, flats and rings, spices, etc. Happy and Safe Canning! :0

Great video for new to canning . Where can you get the flat bottom canner for the flat top stove? I have an old canning pot - new flat top stove.

Where can I get a flat bottom pot with rack so I can put up tomatos this year? I have a cook top and I have never seen a flat bottom canner. Thanks
