Giada's barbecue sauce, a north-south combination, uses vinegar and catsup. It's a little bit smokey and a little bit sweet that's perfect with juicy grilled chicken. This is an Italian twist to the American classic.

You are right! The sauce is contaminated after brushing the raw chicken with the sauce and putting the brush back in the sauce. If you boil the sauce after doing this, it will kill everything and it is safe to use.

This looked really good.. But didnt she just contaminate the whole bowl of BBQ Sauce by dipping the brush back into it after using it on the chicken? I always thought that was a No No lol.
